## Models

| Model | Best for | Reads images and PDFs | Uses allowance | Plans |

| **Mini** | Quick, simple edits. | No | ½× | All plans |
| **Pro** (default) | Most work: building forms and logic. | Yes | 1× | All plans |
| **Max** | Big, complex forms and tricky logic. | Yes | 5× | Plus and above |

Pick a model from the **Model** menu in the prompt bar.

## Weekly allowance

Each workspace gets a weekly AI allowance that's shared by everyone in it. It covers Fin AI chats, form imports, the [Workspace Agent](/ai/workspace-agent) and [Autofields](/ai/autofields).

- The allowance **resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC**.
- Higher plans get a larger allowance. Enterprise has no weekly cap.
- See how much you've used in the chat's quota bar, or under **Settings → Usage**.

When you reach the limit, you'll see _"Your workspace AI allowance has been reached."_ You can keep editing by hand, wait for the reset, or [upgrade](/plans/upgrade-downgrade-cancel).

:::tip[Make your allowance go further] Use **Mini** for small tweaks, and give clear, complete instructions in one message rather than many small ones. :::
