Both blocks let respondents choose more than one option:

- **Checkboxes** (`/checkbox`) shows every option with a checkbox. Best for short lists.
- **Multi-select** (`/multi`) shows options as compact, selectable chips. Best when you have more options or less space.

## Settings

| Setting | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Minimum selection** / **Maximum selection** | For example, "pick 2 to 3 topics". |
| **Option exclusivity** | Makes an option deselect all the others, such as _None of the above_. |
| **Randomize options** | Shuffles the order for each respondent. |
| **Option descriptions** | Adds helper text under each option. |
| **Other option** | Lets respondents type an answer that isn't listed. |
