**Signature** (`/signature`) gives respondents a pad to sign with their mouse, trackpad or finger. The signature is saved as an image with the submission.

Use it for consent forms, waivers, agreements and approvals. Place the terms as a [text block](/blocks/content-blocks) directly above it.

:::note A drawn signature is a record of agreement, but it isn't a certified e-signature service. Check your local rules for contracts that need one. :::
