## Form logo

Go to **Settings → Presentation → Form logo**, or use **Customize → Logo** in the editor. Show your workspace logo or upload a custom logo for this form. It's shown above the form title.

## Cover image

In **Customize**, click **Add cover** and upload an image. It's shown across the top of the form. With **Pro**, you can change its height with the **Cover height** [token](/design/design-tokens-and-custom-css).

## Progress bar

Turn on **Progress bar** under **Settings → Presentation** to show a completion bar at the top of [multi-page forms](/get-started/multi-page-forms). It shows respondents how much they've completed, which encourages them to finish.
