An **end page** is the screen respondents see after submitting. Every form has a **Default end page**, which says _"Thanks for completing this form!"_ until you change it.

## Edit an end page

1. In the **Outline** panel, click the end page under **End pages**.
2. Choose a **Page type**:
   - **Simple** is a success page with a title, description and an optional link.
   - **Custom** is a freeform page you edit like the rest of the form, with text, headings, images and dividers.
3. Set the **Alignment** (**Centered** or **Top**) and, if you like, a **Button** with a link (must start with `http://` or `https://`).

## Several end pages

Add more end pages to show different outcomes, such as a quiz result, "You qualify!" versus "Sorry, not this time", or a different booking link per region.

You can choose which end page each respondent sees in three ways:

| [AI end page routing](/logic/ai-end-page-routing) | An AI field reads the answers and picks a page. | Plus and above |
| [API routing](/logic/api-routing) | Your own server picks the page. | Enterprise |

The **Default end page** is shown when no rule or route matches.
