Your edits save as a draft automatically. Respondents only see your form after you **Publish**, and only see later changes after you publish again.

## Publish

1. **Click Publish**

    Click **Publish** in the top-right corner of the editor.

2. **Accept the usage policy (first time only)**

    The first time you publish, Finerlise asks you to confirm that your form
    follows the [acceptable use policy](/resources/acceptable-use). For example,
    don't collect passwords or payment details.

3. **Share your form**

    The **Share your form** dialog shows your **Public form link**. Click **Copy
    link**, or go to **Set up integrations** to send responses to your tools.

## Update a live form

Keep editing as normal. Respondents see the version you last published until you click **Publish** again. Each publish is saved as a deployment, so you can roll back. See [Version history and deployments](/settings/version-history-and-deployments).

:::warning If Finerlise finds a problem with your logic, such as a rule that points to a deleted question, it stops the publish and offers **Open Logic** so you can fix it. :::
