You'll build a five-question quiz that adds a point for each correct answer and shows one of three result pages.

:::tip Short on time? Start from a template in the **Quizzes** category under [Templates](/get-started/start-from-a-template). :::

1. **Add the questions**

Create a form and add five [Multiple choice](/blocks/multiple-choice-and-yes-no) questions. Turn on **Randomize options** so the answers don't always appear in the same order.

2. **Add a score variable**

Press `/`, choose **Calculated**, name it *Score* and set the type to **Number** with a **Default answer** of `0`. See [Calculated fields](/blocks/calculated-fields).

3. **Add a point per correct answer**

Open the logic editor → **Calculations**. For each question add a rule: **When** *Question 1* **is** *the correct answer*, **Add** `1` to *Score*.

4. **Create the result pages**

In the **Outline** panel, add three [end pages](/get-started/end-pages): *Beginner*, *Getting there* and *Expert*. Use [answer recall](/logic/answer-recall) to show the score: *"You scored @Score out of 5."*

5. **Route to the right result**

In **Branching**, add rules on the last page:

    - *Score* **At least** `5` → **Show end page** *Expert*
    - *Score* **At least** `3` → **Show end page** *Getting there*
    - **All other cases go to** *Beginner*

6. **Test it**

Click **Preview** and try a few combinations of answers before you publish.

Every submission saves the final _Score_, so you can sort and filter by it in your [submissions](/responses/submissions-table).
