1. **Build the form**

    Add Name, **Email**, a **Multiple choice** for the session and a
    **Checkboxes** question for dietary requirements. Add an **Image** cover
    from **Customize** to set the mood.

2. **Cap registrations**

    Under **Settings → General**, set a **Response limit**, for example `120`.

3. **Close at the right time**

    Set a **Response schedule** so registrations close the day before the event.

4. **Write the closed message**

    Use **Closed message** to say *"We're full! Join the waitlist"* and link to
    a separate waitlist form.

5. **Confirm registrations**

    Turn on [response receipts](/settings/response-receipts) so attendees get a
    copy of their registration, and use the end page to explain next steps.

6. **Stop double sign-ups**

    Choose **One response per answer** with the Email question under [Prevent
    duplicate submissions](/settings/prevent-duplicate-submissions).
