## UTM tags (automatic)

Add standard UTM tags to your form link:

```text
https://finerlise.com/f/your-form?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=october
```

Finerlise records `utm_source`, `utm_medium`, `utm_campaign`, `utm_term` and `utm_content`, plus the referrer domain and device, for every response. You'll find them in [CSV exports](/responses/export-csv-and-pdf) and Google Sheets, and can break visits down by **Sources** in the [form overview](/responses/form-overview).

## Your own parameters

To track anything else, like a partner ID or a customer ID, set up [hidden fields](/logic/hidden-fields):

1. Under **Settings → General → Hidden fields**, add `partner`.
2. Share `https://finerlise.com/f/your-form?partner=acme`.
3. Each response stores `partner = acme`, visible in the submissions table, webhooks and integrations.

## Separate links per channel

For links you can also limit and expire, create a [share link](/share/share-links-and-prefill) per channel.

:::tip Run an [experiment](/responses/experiments-ab-testing) with **Audience targeting** on a UTM source to test a different version of the form for just that campaign. :::
