When you connect an app such as Zapier, you approve it to access your workspace through OAuth. You never share your password or an API key.

Workspace admins connect apps. Go to **Settings → API keys** to see the workspace's **Connected apps**.

| Permission       | Lets the app…               |
| ---------------- | --------------------------- |
| `responses:read` | Read completed responses.   |
| `forms:read`     | List your forms.            |
| `hooks:write`    | Subscribe to new responses. |

Click **Disconnect** to cut off an app's access immediately. Disconnecting Zapier turns off its Zaps for this workspace until you connect it again.
