1. **Create a Discord webhook**

    In Discord, go to **Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks**, create a
    webhook for your channel and copy its URL.

2. **Connect it in Finerlise**

    Open your form, click **Integrations** → **Discord** → **Connect**, and
    paste the **Discord Webhook URL** (it looks like
    `https://discord.com/api/webhooks/…`).

3. **Test it**

    Click **Send test event** to check that a message arrives.

Each response is posted as a neat card showing the answers. Discord allows up to 25 answers per message; longer answers are shortened.
