1. **Open Integrations**

    Open your form, click **Integrations**, and choose **Google Sheets** → **Connect**.

2. **Connect your Google account**

    Click **Add Google account** and sign in. Choose who can use the connection:

    - **Your account**: only you can use this account on forms you connect.
    - **Whole workspace**: anyone who can manage integrations can use it on any form in the workspace.

3. **Choose a spreadsheet**

    Let Finerlise create a new spreadsheet, or paste a **Google Sheet Link** to an existing one.

4. **Export existing submissions (optional)**

    Turn on **Export existing submissions** to copy responses you already have. This may take a while for forms with many submissions.

New submissions sync automatically from then on.

## What's in the sheet

Each response is a new row. Columns match the [CSV export](/responses/export-csv-and-pdf): one per question, then status, time, UTM tags, referrer, device and country (if collected).

:::tip Don't rename or reorder the columns Finerlise creates. Add your own columns to the right of them. :::

If the connection shows **Reconnect**, Google needs you to sign in again. Click it to restore syncing.
