1. **Connect Notion**

    Open your form, click **Integrations** → **Notion** → **Connect**, then
    **Connect with Notion**. While connecting, choose which Notion pages and
    databases Finerlise can see.

2. **Choose a database**

    Search for a database, or paste its link. Prefer a fresh one? Pick a page
    and Finerlise creates a database with a column for every question.

3. **Map properties**

    Choose which Notion property receives each answer. Values are converted to
    each property's type. Click **Add property** to add a missing one.

4. **Export existing submissions (optional)**

    Turn on **Export existing submissions** to add responses you already have.
    Large forms can take a while because of Notion's rate limits.

Finerlise adds a **Response ID** property so the same response is never added twice.

:::note[Can't find your database?] Notion only shows Finerlise the pages you share with it. In Notion, share the database with Finerlise, then search again. After changing the database's properties, click **Refresh Notion properties**. :::
