Only the workspace **Owner** can manage billing. Go to **Settings → Billing**.

## Upgrade

Click **Compare plans**, pick a plan and billing period, and complete checkout. New features are available right away.

## Downgrade

Click **Compare plans** and choose a lower plan. When the change takes effect:

- **Your data is kept**: forms, responses and files.
- Settings that need a higher plan are **frozen**. They stay saved, but you can't edit them until you upgrade again.
- [Finerlise branding](/design/remove-finerlise-branding) returns on your forms.
- [Custom domains](/share/custom-domains) stop serving forms but stay connected.
- Custom form links keep working.

## Cancel

Click **Cancel subscription**. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Changed your mind? Choose **Undo cancellation** before the period ends.

:::note If a payment fails, you keep access while we retry, and the owner gets an email so they can update the payment method. :::
