A response counts toward your monthly allowance **once, when it's completed**, meaning the respondent submits the form.

|  | Previews and tests in the editor |

Allowances are shared by every form in the workspace and reset at **00:00 UTC on the first day of each month**. Deleting a response doesn't give the allowance back.

## When you reach the limit

New submissions are blocked until the allowance resets, and respondents see that the form can't accept responses right now. Your existing responses are safe. [Upgrade](/plans/upgrade-downgrade-cancel) to raise the limit straight away.

Track your usage under **Settings → Usage**, or in the usage meter at the bottom of the sidebar.
