Before your first publish, Finerlise asks you to confirm these rules. Forms that break them are taken down, and accounts can be suspended immediately.

## Not allowed

| Category | Examples |
| --- | --- |
| **Phishing and scams** | Collecting passwords, payment or bank details. |
| **Impersonation** | Posing as a person, brand or organization. |
| **Sensitive data abuse** | Collecting health or ID data without consent. |
| **Malware and spyware** | Linking to malicious or harmful software. |
| **Illegal content** | Promoting anything prohibited by law. |
| **Spam** | Promoting forms through unsolicited bulk messages. |

## Partial submissions

If you turn on [partial submissions](/settings/partial-submissions):

- **Explain what's saved.** Tell respondents that answers may be saved before they submit.
- **No hidden collection.** Don't use partial submissions to capture answers without respondents' knowledge.
- **No unwanted contact.** An unfinished response isn't permission for marketing or unsolicited follow-ups.
- **Keep only what you need.** Delete unfinished responses you no longer need.
