**Is there a free plan?**

Yes. The Free plan includes 25 forms, 2,000 responses a month, every block
type, conditional logic, partial submissions and CSV export. See [Plans &
billing](/plans).

**I changed my form, but respondents still see the old version.**

Changes are saved as a draft. Click **Publish** to make them live. See
[Publish and share](/get-started/publish-and-share).

**Can respondents edit their answers after submitting?**

No. Submitted answers can't be edited, by respondents or by you. If someone
needs to change something, they can submit again.

**Can I take payments?**

The [Payment block](/blocks/payment) shows a product and price but doesn't
charge respondents yet. Use [Redirect on
completion](/logic/redirect-on-completion) to send people to your checkout.

**Can I prefill answers from the URL?**

URL parameters are captured as [hidden fields](/logic/hidden-fields), which
are stored but not shown. To prefill visible answers, use [share links with
prefill](/share/share-links-and-prefill).

**Why isn't my form showing up in Google Sheets or Notion?**

Only completed responses sync, and they sync from the moment you connect.
Turn on **Export existing submissions** to copy earlier ones. If the
connection shows **Reconnect**, sign in again.

**Do partial submissions count toward my response limit?**

No. A response counts once, when it's completed. See [What counts as a
response](/plans/what-counts-as-a-response).

**How do I stop spam?**

Add a [Captcha](/blocks/captcha) block, turn on [duplicate
prevention](/settings/prevent-duplicate-submissions), or
[password-protect](/settings/password-protection) the form.

**Can I translate my form?**

Write your questions in any language. For right-to-left languages, turn on
[Right-to-left text](/design/right-to-left).

**Where is my data stored, and can I delete it?**

You can delete individual responses, whole forms and your account at any
time, and set automatic [data retention](/settings/data-retention). See our
[privacy policy](https://finerlise.com/privacy) for details.
