## Export as CSV

On the **Submissions** page, click **Export submissions as CSV**. You'll get a file with one row per response, ready for Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

To export only some responses, select their rows and choose **Export selected**.

The CSV has a column for each question, followed by:

| Column | Contains |
| --- | --- |
| **Status** | Completed or partial. |
| **Updated at** | When the response was submitted or last saved (UTC). |
| **Experiment** / **Variant** | The [experiment](/responses/experiments-ab-testing) version the respondent saw, if any. |
| **UTM source**, **UTM medium**, **UTM campaign**, **UTM term**, **UTM content** | Campaign tags from the form link. |
| **Referrer domain** / **Device** | Where the visit came from and the device type. |
| **Country** | Only when [Respondent's country](/logic/respondents-country) is on. |

## Export as PDF

Choose **Export as PDF** for a printable document of your responses, or select rows and choose **Export selected as PDF**. This is handy for signed forms, applications and records you need to file.

:::tip[Keep data in sync automatically] Instead of exporting again and again, connect [Google Sheets](/integrations/google-sheets) or [Notion](/integrations/notion) and every new response is added automatically. :::

CSV export is included on every plan. Workspace **Viewers** can export too.
