Open a form and click **Submissions** to see every response in a table, one row per response and one column per question.

## Find responses

- **Search responses** finds text anywhere in the answers.
- **Add filter** narrows the table, for example _Rating is at least 4_ or _Status is Partial_. Under **Advanced filters**, combine conditions into groups.
- **Ordering** sorts by one or more columns, ascending or descending.

## Arrange columns

Open **Display fields** to show or hide columns. From a column's header you can:

- **Sort ascending** or **Sort descending**.
- **Filter by this field**.
- **Pin as fixed field** to keep it visible while scrolling sideways.
- **Rename** or **Hide column**.
- Turn on **Color scale** to color values from low to high.

[Hidden fields](/logic/hidden-fields), [Autofields](/ai/autofields) and the respondent's country (if collected) appear as columns too.

## Save views

A **view** saves your filters, sorting and columns. Use **Create view** or **Save view**, then switch between views from the views sidebar, for example _Qualified leads_ and _Needs follow-up_.

You can **Rename**, duplicate or delete a view, and **Make default** to open it automatically.

## Statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Completed** | The respondent submitted the form. |
| **Partial** | Saved before completion. Needs [partial submissions](/settings/partial-submissions) on. |
