Keep only the data you need. Under **Settings → Responses → Data retention**, choose how long to keep:

- **Completed submissions**
- **Partial submissions**

Options are **Keep forever**, **7 days**, **30 days**, **90 days**, **6 months**, **1 year** and **2 years**.

Deletion runs daily and includes answers and uploaded files.

:::warning Deleted submissions can't be recovered. Exports you've downloaded and data already synced to integrations (like Google Sheets) aren't affected, so apply the same rules there. :::
