With **Response receipts**, identified respondents can request an emailed copy of their answers when they submit.

1. Set [Respondent identity](/settings/respondent-identity-and-sign-in) to **Use email field to collect email** or **Native Sign In**. Receipts aren't available for anonymous forms.
2. Under **Settings → Access**, turn on **Allow response receipts**.

The receipt goes to the email address from the chosen Email question, or to the address respondents signed in with.
