Turn `finerlise.com/f/k3x9q` into `finerlise.com/f/summer-survey`.

1. Open the form and go to **Settings → General → Custom form link**.
2. Type the name you want: 6 to 48 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens. Leave it blank to go back to the default link.
3. Save.

Your original default link keeps working, so links you've already shared won't break. If you change the custom link again, the previous custom link stops working.

Some words are reserved because Finerlise uses them for its own pages, like `report` or `sign-in`.

With a [custom domain](/share/custom-domains), the same name works there too: `forms.yourcompany.com/summer-survey`.
