1. **Open the embed options**

    Go to the form's **Share** page and choose **Embed** → **Website**.

2. **Adjust the options**

    | Option | What it does | | --- | --- | | **Dynamic height** | The embed
    grows and shrinks with the form, so there's no inner scrollbar. | | **Width
    (px)** / **Height (px)** | A fixed size, if you turn dynamic height off.
    **Hide form title** | Hides the title when your page already has one.
    **Align left** | Aligns the form to the left instead of centering it.
    **Transparent background** | Lets your page's background show through. |

3. **Copy the code**

    Copy the **Website embed code** and paste it into your site's HTML, wherever
    the form should appear.

The code looks like this:

```html
<iframe
  data-finerlise-src="https://finerlise.com/embed/your-form?dynamicHeight=1"
  width="100%"
  height="400"
  frameborder="0"
  title="My form"
></iframe>
<script async src="https://finerlise.com/embed/v1.js"></script>
```
