A **share link** is a private link to your form that you can track and control separately from the public link. Create one for each campaign, client or event.

## Create a share link

1. **Open Share links**

    Go to the form's **Share** page and click **New link**.

2. **Configure it**

    - **Name**: for your reference, such as *Campus ambassadors*. - **Expires**:
    a date after which the link stops working, or **No expiry**. - **Max
    completed uses**: from 1 to 1,000,000, or **Unlimited**. Each respondent
    counts once.

3. **Prefill answers (optional)**

    Click **Open prefill editor** and fill in any answers you want respondents
    to start with, such as their team or region. They can still change them.

4. **Create and copy**

    Click **Create link**, then copy it and send it.

## Manage share links

Each link shows its status: **Active**, **Expired**, **Used up** or **Revoked**. Click **Edit** to change it, or revoke it to stop it working straight away.

Share links are opaque: the link itself doesn't reveal the prefilled answers.
