Every published form has a **Public form link** that anyone can open:

Find it on the form's **Share** page, or in the **Share your form** dialog right after publishing. Click **Copy link** and paste it wherever you like.

:::tip[Make the link your own]

- Change the end of the link to something readable with a [custom form link](/share/custom-form-link).
- Serve it from your own domain, like `forms.yourcompany.com/apply`, with [custom domains](/share/custom-domains). :::

:::note If your form isn't accepting responses, for example because it's closed or past its schedule, the link still opens but shows your closed message. See [Close and schedule forms](/settings/close-and-schedule-forms). :::
