:::note The activity log is available on **Pro** (90 days of history) and **Business** (365 days). :::

Go to **Settings → Activity** to see a log of important changes: forms published and deleted, settings changed, members invited and removed, roles changed, ownership transferred, and more.

Each entry shows who made the change and when. Use it to answer _"Who closed this form?"_, or to keep a record for compliance.
