If you contact support about a problem, we may ask you to grant temporary access so we can see what you see.

1. Go to **Settings → Security → Support access**.
2. Turn it on.

Access lasts **7 days** and then switches off automatically. You can revoke it at any time. While it's off, support can't view your account.
