Discord
Post a message to a Discord channel for each new response.
Create a Discord webhook
In Discord, go to Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, create a webhook for your channel and copy its URL.
Connect it in Finerlise
Open your form, click Integrations → Discord → Connect, and
paste the Discord Webhook URL (it looks like
https://discord.com/api/webhooks/…).
Test it
Click Send test event to check that a message arrives.
Each response is posted as a neat card showing the answers. Discord allows up to 25 answers per message; longer answers are shortened.
