Add titles, instructions, images and dividers between your questions.
Not every block is a question. Content blocks help respondents understand your form.

Select text to bold, italicize, add links or change the style.
Add an image
Choose Image from the block menu and upload a picture. It appears inside a text block, so you can add a caption right below it.
