See your form's visits, submissions, completion rate and answer summaries at a glance.
Open a form and click Overview for a quick read on how it’s doing. Pick a range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months or All time.
Key numbers
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Visits | How many times the form was opened. |
| Submissions | Completed responses. |
| Unique respondents | Different people who responded. |
| Visit duration | Average time spent on the form. |
Tabs
- Answers summarizes each question, for example a chart of choices or the average rating.
- Visits breaks traffic down by Sources, Devices, Countries and Cities.
- Drop-offs shows how many people started answering, how many completed, the completion rate and how long completion took. See Drop-off analysis.
