Gift cards
Redeem a Finerlise gift code for free time on a paid plan.
- Go to Settings → Billing and click Redeem a gift, or open your gift link.
- Enter the code and choose a workspace you own.
- Confirm. The gift’s plan and length are applied to that workspace.
Problems redeeming
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| That gift code isn’t valid. | Check the code for typos. |
| That gift code has expired. | Ask the sender for a new one. |
| That gift code has already been used. | Each code works once. |
| Choose a workspace you own. | Only the workspace owner can redeem a gift. |
| That workspace already has a subscription. | Claiming the gift replaces the current subscription. |
| Too many attempts. | Wait 15 minutes and try again. |
