Multiple choice and Yes/no
Let respondents pick exactly one option from a list.
Multiple choice (/multiple) shows a list of options and lets respondents pick one. Yes/no (/yes) is a multiple choice question with the options Yes and No already filled in.
Add options
Type each option on its own line. Press Enter to add the next one. To paste a long list, use Bulk insert options (⌘ ⇧ O) and put one option per line.
Below the options you can quickly add a Maybe answer, or an Other option that lets respondents type their own answer.

Settings

| Randomize options | Shuffles the order for each respondent, to avoid order bias. |
| Option descriptions | Adds a line of helper text under each option. |
| Default answer | Pre-selects an option. |
| Required | Respondents must choose an option. |
Options can also have images and colors. Select an option to change them.
