How seats work and how to add more.
A seat is one member of the workspace. Pending invitations also use a seat until they’re accepted or revoked.

Add or remove seats
On Pro and Business, go to Settings → Billing and change your seat count. You can’t go below your current members plus pending invitations, so remove members or revoke invitations first.
