Share links and prefill
Create separate links for each audience, with their own name, expiry, use limit and prefilled answers.
A share link is a private link to your form that you can track and control separately from the public link. Create one for each campaign, client or event.
Create a share link
Open Share links
Go to the form’s Share page and click New link.
Configure it
- Name: for your reference, such as Campus ambassadors. - Expires: a date after which the link stops working, or No expiry. - Max completed uses: from 1 to 1,000,000, or Unlimited. Each respondent counts once.
Prefill answers (optional)
Click Open prefill editor and fill in any answers you want respondents to start with, such as their team or region. They can still change them.
Create and copy
Click Create link, then copy it and send it.
Manage share links
Each link shows its status: Active, Expired, Used up or Revoked. Click Edit to change it, or revoke it to stop it working straight away.
Share links are opaque: the link itself doesn’t reveal the prefilled answers.
