AI end page routing

Let AI read each response and choose the best end page, such as a lead tier, a sentiment or a recommendation.

Sometimes rules can’t capture what you mean, for example “Is this a serious enterprise lead?” or “Is this customer upset?”. AI end page routing uses an Autofield to read each response as it’s submitted and pick an end page.

Set it up

Create an Autofield

In Submissions, create an Autofield with a Number, Yes / no or Classification output. For example, a Classification called Lead tier with the classes Enterprise, SMB and Not a fit.

Add your end pages

Create an end page for each outcome.

Open AI routing

In the Outline panel, open AI end page routing and choose your Autofield.

Match values to end pages

For each end page, pick the value that routes to it, such as Enterprise → Book a call. Responses with no match land on the Default end page.
