Popup forms

Open your form in a popup or a floating widget, on click, on page load, after a delay, on scroll or on exit intent.

Popups keep your page uncluttered. The form appears only when it’s needed.

Go to the form’s Share page and choose Embed → Popup.

When the popup opens

Trigger Use it for
On button click A “Contact us” or “Give feedback” button on your page.
Widget A launcher button pinned to a corner of every page.
On page load Announcements and urgent surveys.
After a delay Opens after a number of Seconds.
After scrolling Opens when visitors have Scrolled % of the page.
On exit intent Opens when the mouse leaves the page, as if to close the tab.

Position and behavior

Option What it does
Popup position Bottom right, Bottom left, Bottom center or Center (modal).
Widget corner Bottom right, Bottom left, Top right or Top left.
Show only once Doesn’t open again for the same visitor and browser.
Hide after submit Doesn’t open again for people who responded. For widgets, removes the widget.
Close after submit Closes the popup automatically once the form is submitted.

On desktop the popup slides up from the bottom. On phones it opens as a bottom sheet. Respondents can close it with Esc or the close button.

Copy the Popup embed code and paste it into your site.
