Support access
Give the Finerlise support team temporary access to your account so they can help.
If you contact support about a problem, we may ask you to grant temporary access so we can see what you see.
- Go to Settings → Security → Support access.
- Turn it on.
Access lasts 7 days and then switches off automatically. You can revoke it at any time. While it’s off, support can’t view your account.
