Create a form with Fin AI
Describe the form you need and let Fin AI draft the questions, options and logic for you.

Start a new form
On the dashboard, click New form, then choose Build with Fin AI.
Describe what you need
Be specific about who the form is for and what you want to learn. For example: “A job application for a senior designer: contact details, portfolio link, CV upload, years of experience, and a question about their favorite project.”
Review the draft
Fin AI adds the questions, choice options and any logic it needs. Every change appears as a chip in the chat, such as Added 6 blocks.
Keep refining
Ask for changes in the same chat: “Make the CV upload required and only allow PDFs.” You can undo any AI message with one click.
