Linear scale
Ask respondents to pick a number on a scale, like 0 to 10.
Linear scale (/scale) shows a row of numbers to pick from. It’s ideal for Net Promoter Score (NPS) and “how likely are you…” questions.
| Setting | What it does |

| Scale start / Scale end | The lowest and highest numbers. The default is 0 to 10. |
| Scale step | The gap between numbers, for example 1 or 5. |
| Left label / Center label / Right label | Words that explain the ends and middle, like Not at all and Extremely. |
