Response receipts

Let respondents get an emailed copy of their answers.

With Response receipts, identified respondents can request an emailed copy of their answers when they submit.

1. Set Respondent identity to Use email field to collect email or Native Sign In. Receipts aren’t available for anonymous forms.
2. Under Settings → Access, turn on Allow response receipts.

The receipt goes to the email address from the chosen Email question, or to the address respondents signed in with.
