Logo, cover and progress bar

Add your logo and a cover image, and show respondents how far along they are.

Form logo

Go to Settings → Presentation → Form logo, or use Customize → Logo in the editor. Show your workspace logo or upload a custom logo for this form. It’s shown above the form title.

Cover image

In Customize, click Add cover and upload an image. It’s shown across the top of the form. With Pro, you can change its height with the Cover height token.

Progress bar

Turn on Progress bar under Settings → Presentation to show a completion bar at the top of multi-page forms. It shows respondents how much they’ve completed, which encourages them to finish.
