What counts as a response
How Finerlise counts responses against your monthly allowance.
A response counts toward your monthly allowance once, when it’s completed, meaning the respondent submits the form.

Allowances are shared by every form in the workspace and reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month. Deleting a response doesn’t give the allowance back.
When you reach the limit
New submissions are blocked until the allowance resets, and respondents see that the form can’t accept responses right now. Your existing responses are safe. Upgrade to raise the limit straight away.
Track your usage under Settings → Usage, or in the usage meter at the bottom of the sidebar.
