Embed on your website
Put your form directly inside a page on your website, so visitors never leave.
Open the embed options
Go to the form’s Share page and choose Embed → Website.
Adjust the options

Copy the code
Copy the Website embed code and paste it into your site’s HTML, wherever the form should appear.
