Invite collaborators to a form
Give people outside your workspace access to edit or view one form.
Want a client or a colleague to help with one form without joining your whole workspace? Invite them to just that form.
Open sharing
In the editor, click Share, or go to the form’s Settings → Members.
Add people
Enter Email addresses, separated by commas, and choose an Access level:
- Editor can change the form, view submissions and publish.
- Viewer can see the form, its insights and submissions, and export them, but can’t change anything.
Send the invitation
They’ll get an email. Once they accept, the form appears under Shared with me in their sidebar.
You can resend or revoke pending invitations, change someone’s access, or remove them at any time.
