Start from a template
Pick a ready-made form from the template gallery, or save your own forms as templates for your workspace.
Templates give you a complete form to start from, with questions, logic and design already in place.
Use a template
Open Templates
Click Templates in the sidebar, or choose a template from the New form dialog.
Browse by category
Templates are grouped into Feedback, Leads, Events, Intake, Hiring, Quizzes and Research. Open one to preview it.
Use it
Click Use template. Finerlise copies it into your workspace as a new form that you can edit freely.
Save your own template
Built a form your team reuses, like an onboarding checklist or a client intake form? Save it as a workspace template.
- Open the form’s menu and choose Save as template.
- Give it a name and description.
- Everyone in the workspace can now find it under Templates and start new forms from it.
