Data retention
Automatically and permanently delete submissions after a period of time.
Keep only the data you need. Under Settings → Responses → Data retention, choose how long to keep:
- Completed submissions
- Partial submissions
Options are Keep forever, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years.
Deletion runs daily and includes answers and uploaded files.
