Each person gets an invitation email. Pending invitations reserve a seat until they’re accepted or revoked.

You can resend, copy the link of, or revoke a pending invitation. Use Bulk actions to change roles or remove several members at once.

Role	Can do
Owner	Everything, including billing, deleting the workspace and transferring ownership. There’s one owner per workspace.
Admin	Everything except billing: manage members, domains, integrations and API keys, and build forms.
Member	Create, edit and publish forms, and view and export submissions and insights.
Viewer	View forms, insights and submissions, and export them. Can’t change anything.
