Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

Change your workspace's plan, or cancel your subscription.

Only the workspace Owner can manage billing. Go to Settings → Billing.

Upgrade

Click Compare plans, pick a plan and billing period, and complete checkout. New features are available right away.

Downgrade

Click Compare plans and choose a lower plan. When the change takes effect:

Your data is kept: forms, responses and files.
Settings that need a higher plan are frozen. They stay saved, but you can’t edit them until you upgrade again.
Finerlise branding returns on your forms.
Custom domains stop serving forms but stay connected.
Custom form links keep working.

Click Cancel subscription. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Changed your mind? Choose Undo cancellation before the period ends.
